This policy explains how Iftah AI handles information collected through iftah.ai. Data processed in a customer deployment is governed by the applicable contract, deployment architecture and customer instructions rather than this website policy.
Information we collect
Information you submit through the contact form, such as your full name, work email, organisation, country or region, deployment stage and message, together with limited website-use and technical information collected by the analytics and hosting tools in use. We also receive the page and request context attached to the enquiry.
How we use it
To respond to your enquiry, assess a potential use case or pilot, maintain website security and improve the website. We do not sell personal information or use it for third-party advertising.
Website service providers
Approved service providers may process limited website and enquiry information on our behalf for hosting, email delivery and analytics, subject to applicable agreements. The services currently used for these purposes include Resend, Google Analytics, Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights.
Customer deployments and external models
Marketing-site data may be processed by approved service providers in the locations described by their services and our agreements. Customer deployment data is handled according to the selected architecture and contract. Private workload data remains within the approved environment unless the customer explicitly enables an external connection; data permitted by the customer’s workload policy is then transmitted to that approved endpoint and the external provider’s terms apply.
International processing
Website and enquiry information may be processed in locations where Iftah AI and its service providers operate. Customer-deployment residency requirements are handled separately through the approved deployment design and agreement.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, subject to applicable law and legitimate retention requirements, by emailing sales@iftah.ai.
